With the online form you specify the dimensions, thickness, kind of base, whether you want a clear or mirrored back, and the number you want. Using your specifications, we calculate the estimated unit cost. We also calculate your total cost and include a quantity discount if you order more that just a few cases. Other Acrylic Products Please contact us with your requirements for other custom-made acrylic display products. General Information Once you place your order, your case is scheduled for production. We will advise you when it will be built and shipped. It will be flame-polished to give it a very clear glass-like appearance. Shipping Most small products up to 30" in length can be shipped via UPS. When girth size, including packing, exceeds certain limits, cases must be shipped by common carrier. Most common carriers will deliver to your door. However, with come carriers, you may need to pick up your shipment at their closest terminal. You have the option to have your custom-made products shipped freight collect. You may pay the shipper the amount of the shipping charge when your shipment arrives. Most shipping companies charge extra for a collect delivery (about $20). If you request expedited delivery or special handling of your order, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you with the details if necessary. Sales Tax Custom-made display products shipped to Maryland locations may be subject to 5% sales tax. Payment All cases are prepaid via credit card. Your card is charged the agreed upon price when we begin production. No Returns or Refunds Custom-made display products are not returnable and not refundable. All claims for damage are made with the shipper, so please inspect your shipment before you accept it.
